Scouting is a movement that aims to support young people in their physical, mental and spiritual development, that they may play constructive roles in society, with a strong focus on the outdoors and survival skills. During the first half of the 20th century, the movement grew to encompass three major age groups for boys (Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Rover Scout) and, in 1910, a new organization, Girl Guides, was created for girls (Brownie Guide, Girl Guide, and Girl Scout, Ranger Guide). It is one of the worldwide youth organizations. Presently 3.5 Cr. child and youth benefited all over India under his leadership as National General Secretary of Hindustan Scout and Guide. | ||

Mr. G.S. Sharma is a person who is working for the vulnerable people. Especially for the people of rural, tribal and backward community. He is well known in the development and voluntary sector in the world. He made a remarkable change in the area and is working around with his pioneering work. Under his leadership in less than a decade, RBKS expanded its work to deal with issues of agriculture, water management, education, income generation, health hygiene & Sanitation and women's issues in over 641 villages in Rajasthan, Gujrat and Madhya Pradesh.
