Awarded “Pride of India Gold Award 2009” to Mr. Girija Shankar Sharma at Silicon Valley, USA dated October 24, 2009.

Mr. Sharma represent Rajasthan at Washington DC,USA and London, UK during conference and share about tribal region, main problems and it resulted that new agency came forward to help these areas tribal community like Educate for Life.

Indo British Friendship Banquet Society Honoured"Glory of India Award" toMr. G. S. Sharma at LONDON UK by Lord Bhiku Bhai Parikh (Aug 2006) with Pound 2000.00 and Excellence Certificate for his outstanding work for tribal development.

Mr. G.S. Sharma with Scout team of R.B.V.M. Sr. Secondary School ( school run by RBKS) represent Rajasthan Scout at SAARC countries Scout Jumbury Camp at Islamabad Pakistan.(Yr. 2004 )

Mr. Gulab Chand Katariya, Ex. Home Minister Awarded Mr. Sharma for his contribution towards Tribal Development on Republic Day (2006)

In the leadership of Mr. Sharma, a Regional Conference of Scout Officers was organized at the tribal dominated area of Jhadol (Ph.). It proves his ability of leadership and his interests in scouts. His motivation helped the scouts achieving a sound and top position in this region as a result such a high level of conference was organized in this tribal dominated area.

It was the guidance and encouragement of Mr. Sharma that motivated to scouts for their high level performance, which fruitful resulted as 10 Scouts received Rashtrapati Award" from The President of India.
