Southern part of Aravali has many regions where no government officer would like to get transferred; it is the tribal regions of Udaipur division where RBKS (Rajasthan Bal Kalyan Samiti) has become a symbol of education for tribal. This could simply happened because of ever increasing leadership of Mr. Girija Shankar Sharma.

He is well known in the development and voluntary sector in the world. He made a remarkable change in the area and is working around with his pioneering work. Under his leadership in less than a decade, RBKS expanded its work to deal with issues of agriculture, water management, education, income generation, health hygiene & Sanitation and women's issues in over 641 villages in Rajasthan, Gujrat and Madhya Pradesh.
